Warranty policy

Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.). Although the watches are water-resistant to a certain degree, we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not get in.

Although the gold plating is very thick, we cannot determine how you will wear the watch. Therefore the plating of the gold is not covered by the warranty. Watches cannot be tampered with in any way. All watchcases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open it up. If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model.

If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your repair product. The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged.

Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your watch within 7 days of arrival of the watch at your shipping destination. All packages shipped back must be post-marked no later than 7 days after arrival of your products at your location. Swiss watches carry a 1 year warranty. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage

Returning

Please ship all packages to the address on the invoice that was received with your order.

Satisfaction Guaranteed - Refunds/Exchanges Policy

The product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it. You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, your refund/exchange policy is void The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
